I've plugged in my Seagate portable Hard disk and there is no light (Normally there will be a light to indicate that it's turned on). But I can feel that it is working as the motor inside is working.

When I check on my 'Device Manager' on my computer, it's there (Means it's connected) but when I go to 'My Computer', there isn't any of it. In fact, there is no prompt (Autoplay) as well.

Any idea how to solve this?

No light on the hard drive seems to be a hardware problem. At this point I dont think there is a software solution for it unless you will have it fixed by a technician. However, try to connect it to other computers to see if it will work. If it doesn't work, again, have it repaired.
