pls whenever you experienced such a problem just know that you are using an ingenue window, you just need to re-install a new window, trust me u will not loose your files if only u did not delete the hard disk partition or format the hard disk while installing a fresh window. And after installing the window, go to the control panel and turn-off the windows update to avoid reoccurring of the blank screen.
