Hi,
i'm using win 7 at my pc. i'm facing problem with starting up screen as it goes white(ash).
so i thought the operating system could be down. so i install win 7 successfuly but whenever it goes to window start up(logo screen) it appears again white.
what should i do?

Hi, i did some research and found that it could be a virus causing this.
