Laptop dosent power on charging only..

Hello,

i have a dell n5050 which dosent power on charging only after showing a bluescreen death kerneldata inpage error some time froze while using showing this message and here after a black screen only . then i turned off manually here after it dosent turn on some time turns on automatically and froze again servicer told me that its a psu short problem in motherboard. i heard that psu short might prevent charging leds both on lap top and charger ..thanks in advance......,,,

Hello SHONgeorge,

Try removing the battery and power cable. then hold the power button down on the laptop for 20 seconds to discharge it.

plug the power cable in and try starting it up.

if it still doesn't work and you get NO display and NO fans spinning then your motherboard is kaput.

Is the fan spinning when you turn the laptop on?

does it my psu problem in motherboard sevicer says so . same time charging goes properly i have done all of theese tricks

sevicer says that psu short cause this . but i heard that shortage may prevent laptop and adapter to work but here both charger and laptop led shows the presence of charging thanks for your kindness and am eagerly waiting for your valuable reply again thanks in advance....

try to remove HDD then power it on... if this wont work try to remove another or RAM... godbless hope you done... just try and error :D
