Hello,
Try this 1
Connect your pen drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and
press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.
Is there any yellow mark?
Also try connecting your pen drive to another PC.

No, there is not any yellow mark, Pendrive is not open while connecting to another PC
