Why can't I use my browser?

After the 11th I can not get my browser to work. I can get on skype and google maps. Tried the CMD command thing someone suggested and it did not work

Hi,

Do you have any specific error (precise the error code if any) ? Which browser do you use ? Is the firewall correctly configured ?

Everything was fine the 10th, The 11th no browser after critical updates were made automatically. I used google crome but internet explorer will not work either. Tried to put the download commands for firefox onto a USB from another computer and install that and it would start but then not allow the process to continue. When I tried to do a virus cheak then my Norton started giving error messages. Tried the Norton -----84 error message fix for that and it did not work. Sometimes it would say that google crome drive file -------54 or -------116 drive file wouldn't work with the new updates.

Try this 1
Disable your antivirus\firewall temporary and check if you are able to browse without any issues.
