Hi,
Yesterday I was trying to delete old antivirus and download new one from (download.com) website and it not go through good. While I was doing this my computer go off line but my Ethernet cable show me it is connected.
I tried many time to restart my computer and unplug Ethernet cable but this problem is still there. Please can you guide me to solve this problem.

Hi,
Have you downloaded an antivirus, a firewall or an Internet Security? What's the name of the product you downloaded?
If it's a firewall, you have to configure it to let web apps (IE, Firefox, Google Chrome) to accept all incoming and outgoing connection from/to port 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS, HTPP through SSL).
