Hello, my computer is a PC windows vista sony ............... i have a unwired prepaid internet . About 2 weeks ago i purchased a Norton antivirus 2009 with antispyware. When i run the program the main window shows up ,however there is a big fat red corss beside the product key number and the agree and install sign is not working as well. I would appreciate if anyone has soemthing to say to help me .............Thank you very much :)

yeah dont install norton!!!! even more dangerous for your computer as if you didnt even have an antivirus on your computer.... goto www.avast.com and download what they have, catches almost 99.9 percent of anything comming through your computer
