The problem is with Windows 7 OS. If you are using an original copy of Windows 7, just re install Windows 7 and check if problem persists. But, if you are using an illegal activator, the problem will be with the activator. Windows may have detected illegal version and may not be activated which would cause a shutdown every one hour.
