WD - My Passport not detected

Hello,

My WD hard disk is not getting detected. Suddenly this was not detected and following is happening after connecting in my laptop (Win 8)
a) Light appearing on the drive.
b) Hearing sound from the drive.

But not detected. Please help me on this.

I uninstalled all grey entries in USB and devices. One place there is a yellow mark .
What should i do ?? Wud appreciate help ??

Try it in safe mode
