Problem with Motherboard

Hi Everyone,
When I switch on the CPU the monitor is not turning on but when I tested the Monitor with another CPU , it's working fine. I thought it would be ram or bios problem but it's also working fine when I used it in another motherboard. Please help me in this case.. Anyone please help me out

Try upgrading your video card driver

But there is no video card to upgrade the video card drivers. Please let me know if there is any other cause of this problem. It's been 1 month the trouble goes on.. Please help me out to identify and solve the problem.

If there is no video or graphic card, you must install one.
