My computer wont recognize my micro sd

Hello,
For some time now my computer wont detect my microsd, on a begging I had to restart my computer and it would work again but now it doesn't do any good. I tried finding it thought Disk Management but it is like I never connected my phone to my computer
I even got a new card,but the problem is still the same.

You need to install the proper PC Suite
