hello,

I can't log into my Yahoo account. I know my email address and password, although Yahoo sign in says 'Sorry, we don't recognize this email.'

I requested my Yahoo ID but it doesn't recognize it. The text sent to my phone said, 'Your yahoo ID is ***'. Yet, when I try to log in with my phone number or Yahoo ID, it is not recognized.

Hello, have a look at this article produced by CCM giving you all of the possible solutions on how to recover a yahoo account. Unfortunately, the article is exhaustive, containing all the known solutions.

A final option would be to contact yahoo support directly.

Trying to log-in to my email account and upon entering my email address, I get the message "Yahoo does not recognize this email".
I 'm using just my desktop, no mobile devices, no wifi. I cannot even access their "Sign-in Helper" with the recovery email.
I send an email to my yahoo address but I get a delivery 554 error, saying the "...message cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30)...".
The address is active, I do use it. I think I have ok-ed their "terms of use".
I 've seen the other similar questions on this forum and tried the above based on these recommendations. According to these answers, my account no longer exists?!? Just like this? Out o...

Yahoo Mail does not recognize ANY of my info!

Tried all the regular suggestions to get back into my Yahoo mail but all failed since Yahoo does not recognize my ID, Yahoo mailxxx@yahoo.com, phone number I even tried the alternate email which only got me to my alternate email list and NOT back to my regular Yahoo Mail.

Talked to a guy from Yahoo help(phone)(he must have been in India) to try and help me. He said he could not help and wrote up an email about my problem and sent it to a TEAM group to try to help; still waiting a couple of days for them to reach me with my alternate email and my phone number. I'll keep waiting. Any other suggestions for this problem? I'll maybe try to call them again?
