Combine,match and align 2 excel sheets.

I want to combine two excel sheets. First excel sheet has patient ID (below 18 years) and their gender, age and race.Second one has patient ID (above and below 18 yrs old) and their lab result. I want to combine and align the Patient ID, age, gender, race and labs to keep only below 18 yrs of age.

Anvit, Good evening.

Probably you can do this using a VLOOKUP function for a dinamic values or you can use a VBA CODE for a permanent values.
