well this happens when heres to many/ or large/or some unwanted files that are running at the background which slow the processing speed, to find out
Start>run>type in here msconfig
hit enter
go to the startup tab
uncheck any unwanted proms u find there
do the same in the services tab
click apply
then ok
restart ur system try now
if problem persist then it a prog that doing the damage
so
restart ur system & try uninstalling in safe mode
awaiting comments
