Not listing program

Hello,
Please guys, my Add/Reomove Programs doesnt list the program, it just stay on " PLEASE WAIT THE LIST IS BEING POPULATED..." it doesnt list anything, bocz i want to unstall some of the programs in my pc.. I even want to unstall McAfee Security Center.... PLease i nedd your help guys...
