How do i flip my video?

--I film my video on my android straighttalk lg and sometimes it flips the video on to it's side and then when I import it to real player and want to share it on my facebook and youtube page, it is sideways. How can I flip it a quarter turn so that it can be view normallly?

OK, change the aspect ratio on the video maybe. So what I am thinking is the native format is HD. The only to format the data correctly is to rotate it. Change
video setting you are saving it as, and make a test.
