Problems with backspace, spacebar, arrowkeys and enter key

just as the title said I'm having problems with backspace, spacebar arrow keys and 2enter key. I've been trying too find why its doing it but I can't .2 Numbers seem to pops up every time one of the four keys are pressed. at the current moment I'm using the on screen keyboard. My computer is a windows 7 o3o
