Hello,
I have this 500 GB external I OMEGA hdd and hafe had no problems so far. But recently when i plug it in to the usb port it switches on fine and i can feel the hard drve spinnig and that its reading from the disk, but my computer doesnt pick it up ? any ideas ? plzzz help thnx oaks <3

You may have damaged the Master Boot Record (MBR) if you turned off the drive while it was updating. Google "fix MBR" for help. Good Luck
