Booting Problems after cleaning the CPU

Hi guyz,

I am new here, I found this site because of my PC problems. After trying to clean my mother-board the problem exist.


Problem:

"No display." or I don't know what happen.

Detailed: When I am going to start my computer, after pressing the start button, it looks no problem but after waiting a few minutes its nothing happen on BOOTING system no display it looks no connection with the monitor from the CPU. Then Ill try to wait another minutes and observing what happen. It will turn off automatically.

- I try to remove the Memory Card, I didn't heard a continuous beep and the LED lights " steady on no blink.

Until now I didn't know how to fix it. Please Help.
