My computer is not booting.

My computer is not working. When switching on it gives green light of CPU and red light of HDD.
And I also hear the voice of fan and my mouse also turns on. But the does not show anything, it runs like this.
I have removed RAM but it does not give any beep or error. I have removed HDD it also didn't show any error or beep.
It is rainy season here.
I also noticed that before this problem on switching power supply it's green light also glow for few seconds and off. And after pressing power button on CPU It starts normally.
Please help

try the hard boot process:
1. remove the battery and disconnect the charger
2. push and hold down the power button for 30 seconds
3. replace the battery and power cord
4. start the laptop normally

I am using an desktop of AMD processor.

unplug the CPU and push the power botton for 30 sec to 1 min. then open it again.
