Hello,
My gateway laptop model p5ws5 has been having startup issues since I restarted it when it froze. Since then, it bluescreens after it begins to start up. Im trying to restore it through the gateway recovery management with erecovery cds , but the management continues to say "please wait a moment" for hours. How can I fix this?

The way to restore Gateways is to hold down the ALT Key and repeatedly hitting f10 then it should bring you to a boot sequence screen then choose the HDD and then hold down ALT and repeatedly hit f10 again that should promt the restore feature for gateway.
Good luck
