Gateway gt4022 factory restore

I have the recovery disks i made when i got the computer, it did not seem to be working unless it takes more tha 5 hours to do the recovery. I am trying to reach the factory reset page. I tried f 10 f 11 and it does not bring up the page to restore. It seemed when it was working it kept telling me to change to disk 1 and then 2, after a few hours it did not seem to be doing anything. Is there a page i can just do a factory reset?
