Device not recognised by windows 7

I am so upset , my windows 7 doesnt recognise my new sony walkman, ( i have spend a week in my parents' house with no problem to use it), my tension level is so high. Grrr, i have uninstalled the drive from device manager, I did try to refresh the installation using the USB mass but it did not let me go through it. I also reset the device. please send any advice thanks.

well how about giving the walkman details model etc., see if we can't find some fix.

if you read the text it did say the software may not be compatible.

register the walkman at the sony site and use the "support and repair" link to

find out if you can connect the walkman that's your next best option.
