Sony Vaio Audio problems W8.1

Hello,

I cant hear any sound from my laptop but only with the headphone since I've upgraded from windows 7 to 8.1 help please!!!!!!

Did you check to make certain you audoi hardware was compatible with 8 before you ungraded it? It may be possible that the hardware is not compatible. Check your hardware against the compatible list.
