Need Help Real Quick !!!Closed

Question

i have a 3tb external hard drive that does show on the notification panel that i've inserted it on my laptop, but it does not show on My Computer. Try the below mentioned steps and see if it makes any difference: 

1.	Click on Start, in search box, type cmd and press Enter. 
2.	At the command prompt, type the following lines, pressing ENTER after each line 

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 
cd\%SystemRoot%\System32 
start devmgmt.msc 

3.	"Device Manager" window will be opened. 
4.	Now in the device manager, click on "View", Select "Show hidden devices" 
5.	Now expand all the nodes by clicking on arrow symbol. If you find any greyed entries right click on it select "Uninstall". 
6.	Restart your PC. 
7.	Now try connecting your hard drive.
