My laptop wont ON

Hello Guys, I need a good help. I am trying to installing operating system to my laptop suddenly the laptop off bcoz of empty battery after I try to ON my laptop its not going to open in plug in charging. Help me guys. Please help me

Remove the battery and the power cable.

hold the power button for 10 seconds.

plug in the battery and charger and try turning it on.
