Ok so what are you stuck with? At what part do you need help with?
Have you read any info on databases, and the theories behind all of the different methodologies?
The first thing you need to know ids to not duplicate your information across multiple tables. So what that means, is everything is linked by an ID.
Let us now where you are stuck.

Thanks, ac3mark for your support to my request question title "DATABASE FORMAT".
And I already have your answer that makes me impressed your support to.
So it almost solved that I already worked on it but I think you can help me on the new format on EMS STANTERED database ONE. If you are not sure about this I can send the body of EMS that can guide what I meant for my concern question.
