Comparing three columns and giving back specified values

I want search for strings I have in source(A) in both source(B) and source(C) and when it finds those documents give them the three revisions I have from different sources. I mean each string(cell) I will have with three revision, one for itself and two revisions from source B&C.

Next time posting a pic change 325px in 500px at the end of the picture code line, so that is actually readable (I don't blame you for not knowing).
Your query is rather vague. I get that you want to compare column A to E and H (I believe those are the column letter from the pic).
So if A=E and A=H then ... And there you lost me. Which data you want to put where is not clear to me.
