Hi , my solicitor needs to see the emails I deleted in 2011-2013, is it at all possible to retrieve these emails ? This is very important that I get them back as I have to use them as evidence in a court case. Have tried clicking the drop down button from search box ,but only a few have returned.

Please can you help me?

Hello,

Once the mails are deleted from trash, Google runs a sweep and deletes them permently.

No, they are removed from the server and destroyed.
