Sorry but has we say in Canada, them the breaks and that's the way the cookie crumbles. It does indeed take weeks, like 30 days.

any means but was wondering if there was a way to block the IP address on my relative's computer to try to "fool" Hotmail from knowing that I am outside the 300 miles range?
