when i pluge it it want run.. bt it works early.
it working even my frens machine also..
i think sum settings might change ...
how to fix it>>>

Well, we do not know what type of dongle it is, or what it is for, or what O/s you are using.

HDT is a proprietary Hitachi. What is the actual model of the daongle, and what is it used for, wirelss lan, wired lan, usb?

i try with my friend dongle it works..
bt my own dongel wont work..
i took a screen shout bt cant attach it

Do this to post:

when error occurs, press the PrtScn button, then open paint. Paste into the paint program, and save the file. Then instead of adding a comment to the post, post a reply, this will give you a picture upload icon.

SO, your friends works fine in your machine, but yours does not? What does yours do if you put it into your freinds machine?

Error 633 is a microsoft modem misconfigured error., if it is being generated by your OS, as addressed in this post https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/191444/

Ok, so your dondle works in his PC, but not yours? RIGHT?

What is the difference between your machine and your friends? O/S?

OK, so delete the conneciton software from your machine. Then put the dongle back into place, and let us know what happens.

OK, so go to the manufacturers website, and see if there is connection software to install.

Are you certain you have entered in the proper dial up number, username and password for the connection you are entering?
