Hello
So m'dad boight a dongle to make his desktop wireless.
Internet works fine when connected to the modem via an Ethernet cable and the modem is working fine, both my phone and mums tablet connect to the internet with no problem..
I've installed the dongle and it connects with the modem but says there is an issue with the modem connecting to the internet, there isn't, but it's saying there is, any ideas? Please?

the first thing to try is to remove all the drivers and reinstall them. I suggest you deleted the hardware in the Control Panel and then restart the computer to trigger a reinstall of the software.
