Well, we are not certain.
Maybe it is because realplayer doesn't run on UNIX. Oh, you aren't using unix, maybe it is the version of SOLARIS. Oh, you are not using SOLARIS? It won't run on PS3. Oh you are not trying to run it on PS3.

What O/S and What PC or laptop make and model? Where are you getting the download from?

Hishamb mentioned that he is on XP.
As you mentioned, we are volunteers but he has not taken the time to at least write "please". Could it be that the real reason behind the issue is that Hishamb is not living a life free of ill behaviour and misconduct? It happens.
