I have a Dell inspiron 15 and when I turned on my computer I can see the dell logo and for me to log in but once I logg into my account the screen looks completely black can someone please help me!!! :( how could I fix it I tryed turning it off taking the battery off and nothing :(

Have you tried the Dell diagnostics? I think it's F11 after you see the Dell logo.

i jus finished doing the diagnostics and nothing :/ is still black
