Install windows 8 again lost Recovry data base

Hello,
I have Toshiba satellite laptop (core i 3, 3rd Generation) when i purchased this laptop from market windows 8 is installed in this laptop after 3 weeks i installed windows 7. now i want to install windows 8 again i this laptop.. i don't have original windows CD
please please help me

Did you get those original CD's from Toshiba ?

i have Pirated CD of windows 8
When I enter This CD for windows installation
Windows tells me " the serial key in this CD and the serial key in this laptop is miss match'
Now What i DO???? |

I suggest you stay with Windows 7.
