My son dell inspiring M531R-5535 COMPUTER WILL START UP AND THEN ASK FOR HIS PASSWORD THE LOAD UP THE A BLACK SCREEN APPEARS AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ON IT. PLEASE HELP ME ITS HIS COMPUTER FOR COLLEGE AND HE NEEDS IT.
