Hello,
you can get back factory settings (fresh OS) through system restore tool.
to open system restore application -:
START >> ALL PROGRAMS >> ACCESSORIES >> SYSTEM TOOLS >> SYSTEM RESTORE.
open this application and select first one restore point, then you will gate back your fresh factory restore settings.
