If the hardware was provided by one ISP, and you are trying to use it for another service, you will not be able. The original ISP paid for an EPROM that only has its specific setting, and network admin in it. If you are familiar with flashing an EPROM, then go for it. I hope you have all of thenetwork setting for the new network prior to flashing it, or you will be deleting all network info.
