Enhance connectivity viber option in iphone

i am using an iphone 4s but i dont see enhance connectivity viber option in my phone as on other phone like samsung, nokia. Where can i get this option from in iphone?

Well, those are all Android based. Yours is Apple or IOS based. See the difference? Sometimes it is not so good to be your own island.
