Hello,
Well first you can get the drivers here at https://www.driverguide.com/driver/company/Viglen/index.html
now once you have downloaded it here is what you must do :
1. you should try to force the installation of the driver. Use the right-click for the Network Controller and select "Properties"
Select the Driver tab and choose to "Update Driver". When prompted choose "No not this time" and click "Next"
Choose to install the hardware automatically and click on "Next"
