Startup error

Hello, my pc goes through the steps in startup but when it gets to the place where the window logo] blocks are and a rotating ring of dots it freezes.

dear please explain ypur pc status ..
like are you update your window..
2.status of anti virus /win.defender (updated or not)
3.auto maintenece..
4.pc ram ..
