Windows 8 problem

i have a hp dv6 with windows 8 and when i start it up tells me the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer. i tried to reformat it with a disc and usb but some error comes up. i even tried to recover it wont let me. i need help please.
