Hi! My Dell laptop is not booting up for a month now. Whenever I tried to open it the only thing that is on the screen is the Dell logo nothing else even I'll let it for about an hour open I still get the same result. and by the way my battery is not charging. What Am I going to do ? Do I have to reformat it?
