I forgot my gmail password

Hi Gmail Team,
My Name is Raghavendra Singh Rana
My mail ID is <removed by moderator>
this is my very old account this account I use more than 5-6 year but I don't use my mail id last around 1 and half year so I forget my password and now a have remember only my DOB and Username.
I don't remember My Previously Provided phone no. and recovery e-mail also.
Now if I use to try Deferent way of resetting your password than they asking some general Question about my Google account but I don't remember anything i remember only 2-3 mail address for frequently emailed contacts and 2-3 labels. I don't remember my security question also and I really Don't remember when I created my Gmail account in which year.

Please help me in getting back my Gmail account because now I have very argent need for this account. I am really facing trouble in recovering my account, I need serious help.
