Hi

Can anyone help please, I turned my PC on but when I try and type my password in I noticed that the only keys that are working are the backspace and space bar. Any suggestions? Please.

I suggest you try a different keyboard. Since keyboard often fail.

Was hoping not to have to as this one is a few months old. Wasn't sure if my daughter had done something to it. Think I will have to purchase a new one. Thanks for your advice.

I don't think it's the keyboard as the on screen keyboard is doing the same
