How do I change the language on my laptop?

Ok, so this is my problem. My boss just recently gave me her laptop. My boss is Korean, so her laptop's settings are also in Korean. And because she gave it to me, I can't understand anything on it. Although my boss can understand it, she has no idea how to change the laptop's language settings to english.

This is why I am here now, asking for your help. How can I change the language settings, that is in Korean, to English? I already tried following some instructions that I searched for on the internet, but none of them worked. Can anybody help me? Thank you so much!

Here are the steps you need to take in order to change the language in your system.

Start > Settings, > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Language > Details > Setting > Add
