How can I get back my hacked fb id.....plzzzz...help me

I can't loggin my account from yesterday night at 12.00 am....last I was logged out yesterday 7 pm may be...from android cell phone.<REMOVED> trying to log in ...it say password incorrect.....and most problem is that which email id I have in my fb account ...I forgot that id's password,..I was long time not log in that yahoo id...so it did'nt work now.I was not add any mobile number in my fb id....so I am in big problem...plzzz...help me.my fb <REMOVED>....last password I have used-<REMOVED>
And one more thing I was not add any alternative email id ...in my fb account
Now plzzz...answer me...and help me
