Unfortunately that falling seems to have damaged your drive. These devices are susceptible to physical damage and any hit may harm them. Can you see the drive's led on? Is it spinning, when connected?
Sadly, you have too little options now. Check the drives file format. Is it RAW? Try accessing it with a Linux Live CD. Sometimes users have success accessing their drives using it.
If this does not help and you really need the data on your drive, I would suggest you to contact a Data Recovery Company. I leave you information about some of the WD's partners.

                    yes the led is on not blinking but its on :-( there is no spinning any more and because i live in iraq  i cant head to any of these recovery company !!

                    I am sorry, but I believe that the drive has failed. It may be getting enough power, but maybe the HDD's arm or head has been damaged and this is what you hear when you move the device. Check the method with the Live CD, but think about extracting the information. If we do not have any recovery partners in your country, you should search for some technician that may be able to assist you.
