You can transfer the program with EaseUS PCTrans or PCmover to new computer. But if Solderbit Sound Recorder & Editor is licensed version, you have to deactivate in your old computer, then activate it with the key in new computer after transferring.
PS: About the key, you'd better to ask for the official support.

I don't know, but maybe your licensing information is stored in this location (in regedit)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
Or maybe somewhere in hidden AppData folder (Local or Roaming)
Software files are stored in Program Files...
